I have held multiple technology leadership roles at many companies, including PayPal, in various aspects of Product Development. I have also been managing software teams for 20+ years in large, medium companies and startups.
My teams have developed in many different tech stacks: Javascript (Node.js, React.js. ReactNative, etc.), Java (incl. Android device dev), iOS & C++. I have personally been stuck with large amounts of tech debt and have successfully resolved it. At Prosper, I have been able to implement a very successful tech debt management program.
I have war stories to tell, I have successes failures to talk about and I am confident I can provide the experience and insight to help others manage and reduce tech debt.
